Refund Policy

We want you to love LIB. If something isn't working for you, reach out first — we'll do everything we can to make it right before processing a refund.

1. Free Trial

All new LIB accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. We encourage you to fully explore the platform during your trial before upgrading to a paid plan.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first payment on a new paid plan
  • You have experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the platform and we were unable to resolve it
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after payment
  • Partial months — we do not prorate refunds for unused time
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms & Conditions
  • Change of mind after the 7-day window

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at nozi@luxeinbusiness.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Your Paystack transaction reference (if available)

We will respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing — your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for the remaining period after cancellation.

5. Beta Pricing

Customers who signed up at founding member beta pricing ($99/mo Growth, $299/mo Enterprise) lock in that price for as long as their subscription remains active. Cancelling and resubscribing will be at the standard rate at the time of resubscription.

6. Consumer Protection

This refund policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 of South Africa.
