Payments are processed via Paystack. By subscribing, you authorise LIB to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

The LIB platform, including its design, code, features and branding, is owned by Luxe in Business (Pty) Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
Content you create using LIB belongs to you. By using our platform you grant LIB a limited licence to process your brand brief and content data solely to provide our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, LIB and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to LIB in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. LIB may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, without refund of any prepaid fees.
On termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain your data for up to 90 days before deletion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
LIB may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
